I've always been a problem solver.  Witnessing someone else's positive reaction where I've helped solve a problem, or delivered a successful outcome for them, makes me happy. 

Throughout my career, I've been taught to believe that the customer experience is one of the key contributors to a successful business.  Without them, there is no business.  I also learned that how you treat people contributes to whether you achieve a positive or negative result.  Having empathy and genuinely caring about others became my philosophy and a key ingredient to how I deliver my projects.

After 9 years of working within service and leadership roles across various industries, I decided to go out on my own as a contractor.  I wanted to add value to businesses by leading them to victory. Whether that was through solving a problem, developing a proposal to win new business, rolling out changes or coaching leaders on how to be more effective. No matter what the project size, scope, or complexity, I simply just wanted to help others and add value.  Fast forward a few years, and here we are today, doing what we love for our customers, as Huddle Projects.

Karlene Uelese is the founder and lead Project Manager for Huddle Projects.  She has a knack for seeing things from a different perspective, drawing on her skills she has attained throughout her career to develop a plan, and lead teams to deliver and achieve results.   

Outside of Huddle, Karlene spends most of her time with her little family.  She's a foodie, loves travelling and getting lost in a good book.   

Meet Trevor Uelese (Karlene's husband).  Trevor is Huddle's Support Manager.  He has almost 20 years customer service experience; he brings to the table a passion for customer satisfaction which he achieves by always treating people the way he would like to be treated.

He, like Karlene, wants all of Huddle's customers to have a great experience throughout their project management experience. Trevor knows that while nothing can be perfect 100% of the time, the customer will always remember and appreciate exceptional service. Making him the perfect pairing to Karlene’s leadership in the team!
